Your main responsibilities:

  • Draw up and adjust daily and weekly schedules to optimise resources (staff, vehicles, equipment).

  • Handle operational emergencies with responsiveness and efficiency.

  • Act as the main point of contact between field teams, partners and the various internal departments.

  • Ensure compliance with legal and contractual constraints while improving operational performance.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.

Your profile:

  • Training in logistics, transport, administration or equivalent.

  • Confirmed experience in a similar position, ideally in a dynamic environment.

  • Command of planning tools, ERP/CRM and advanced Excel.

  • Good geographical knowledge of the canton of Vaud.

  • Knowledge of transport and safety regulations.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong team spirit.

  • Fluent French required and driving licence essential (site not accessible by public transport).
