JobMatch Pro Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Purpose and Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the JobMatch Pro platform (hereinafter "the Platform"), accessible via the website and mobile applications. By accessing the Platform, you accept these Terms without reservation. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

  • User: Any natural or legal person using the Platform, whether candidates or companies.
  • Candidate: User seeking professional opportunities via the Platform.
  • Company: User posting job offers or seeking talent via the Platform.

3. Services Offered

JobMatch Pro offers the following services:

  • For Candidates :
    • Creation and management of professional profiles.
    • Access to personalised job offers.
    • Direct application to offers via the Platform.
    • Receipt of notifications about opportunities matching their profile.
  • For Companies :
    • Publication of job offers.
    • Access to a database of qualified candidates.
    • Management of applications received.

JobMatch Pro reserves the right to modify or add services at any time.

4. Registration and User Account

To access the services, the User must create an account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their login details and for all activities carried out from their account. In the event of unauthorised use of their account, the User undertakes to inform JobMatch Pro immediately.

For Company accounts, the registration of other internal employees within the same company cannot be done directly via the platform. The User must submit a request by e-mail tosupport@jobmatchpro.ch.

5. Obligations and Commitments of Users

By using the Platform, the User undertakes to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information.
  • Use the Platform in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.
  • Not publish unlawful, defamatory, obscene or offensive content.
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of JobMatch Pro and third parties.
  • Not use the Platform to spread viruses or any other malicious code.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the systems of JobMatch Pro or those of its partners.

6. Responsibilities of JobMatch Pro

JobMatch Pro strives to provide a functional and secure Platform, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions. JobMatch Pro is not responsible for content published by Users or for the actions of candidates or companies. JobMatch Pro cannot be held liable in the event of:

  • Loss of data attributable to the User.
  • Unauthorised use of the User's account.
  • Failure to conclude contracts between candidates and companies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including texts, images, logos and software, is the exclusive property of JobMatch Pro or its partners and is protected by the intellectual property laws in force. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution or use of this content is strictly prohibited.

8. Personal Data Protection

JobMatch Pro collects and processes Users' personal data in accordance with itsPrivacy Policyand the laws in force. Users have a right of access, rectification and deletion of their data, which they may exercise by contacting JobMatch Pro.

9. Confidentiality

JobMatch Pro undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of information provided by Users and not to disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.

10. Suspension and Termination

JobMatch Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's account in the event of a breach of these Terms or of behaviour detrimental to the Platform or its Users. In the event of termination, the User will be informed by e-mail.

11. Changes to the Terms

JobMatch Pro may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of changes via the Platform or by e-mail. Continued use of the Platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before referring the matter to the competent courts of the canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
