About the company:

 

Family business active for over 40 years in waterproofing and insulation work on flat roofs. It supports private individuals, architects and companies with strong technical expertise, rigorous site monitoring and a sustainable orientation, in particular through green roofs, thermal insulation and photovoltaic solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Prepare precise offers and tendersby analysing calls for tenders and technical files.

  • Manage site monitoring: planning of interventions, control of quality, deadlines and safety.

  • Draft all administrative documents: letters, e-mails and reports in complete autonomy.

  • Develop relationships with existing partnerswhile identifying new business opportunities.

  • Supervise and coordinate the workwith subcontractors and other trades.

  • Take an active partin site visits and follow-up meetings.

Your profile:

  • Federal diploma (CFC) as a waterproofer, roofer, sheet metal worker or equivalent, with at least 5 years' experience in the field.

  • Mastery of the Baubit softwareand good knowledge of waterproofing systems.

  • Good writing skillsin French.

  • Ability to work autonomouslyand to manage all your own documentation (quotes, tenders, etc.) without secretarial support.

  • Good interpersonal skills and a sense of serviceto maintain and develop a portfolio of partners.

  • Category B driving licence, required for regular travel in French-speaking Switzerland.
