We are looking for a passionate Metalworker to join a dynamic partner in the Vaud Riviera area. Your main responsibilities

  • Assemble, weld and fit industrial metal parts according to technical specifications

  • Carry out precision welding (for exampleTIG, MIG/MAGdepending on the needs of the workstations)

  • Interpret and work from machining drawings and technical documents

  • Carry out bending, drilling, rolling and preparation of metal parts

  • Work with production teams to ensure quality and compliance with deadlines

  • Take part in optimising manufacturing processes and propose improvements

  • Ensure technical files are properly kept and interventions are traceable

Your profile

  • Training in industrial metalwork, metal construction, welding or an equivalent field

  • Very good knowledge of reading drawings and technical documents

  • Mastery of welding processes suited to industry (ideallyTIGandMIG/MAG)

  • Ability to work independently while integrating effectively into a team

  • Sense of organisation, rigour and compliance with quality and safety standards

  • Valid driving licence is an asset
