Your main responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of landscape gardeners to ensure the quality of projects.

• Plan and coordinate landscaping sites.

• Monitor the progress of the work and guarantee compliance with deadlines.

• Handle communication with clients and manage their expectations.

• Take part in creating innovative and sustainable landscaping concepts.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of the team in the field.

Your profile:

• Landscape gardener's federal diploma (CFC) or equivalent.

• Significant experience in landscaping and team management.

• Solid technical knowledge of plants, materials and landscaping techniques.

• Ability to work outdoors, with good physical stamina.

• Recognised communication and leadership skills.

• Rigour, a sense of organisation and team spirit.

• Valid driving licence required for travel to sites.
